PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Join our team at Stay Other, where we bring costume designs to life for marching bands, percussion ensembles, color guards, and performance ensembles. We are looking for motivated Production Assistants who are detail-oriented and excited to support our production process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in fabric cutting and assembly
• Support pattern makers and designers with daily tasks
• Conduct quality checks on finished pieces
• Help organize materials and maintain a clean workspace
• Collaborate closely with team members to meet production timelines

Work Schedule:

• Flexible hours with full-time and part-time positions available
• Typical shifts are Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work during peak production times
• Opportunity for overtime during busy seasons

Pay Range:

• Competitive hourly rate of $16.50-$23.00 based on experience and qualifications
• Opportunities for pay increases based on performance and length of employment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with excellent communication skills

Location:

• This is an onsite only position at our production facility in Pomona, CA. Located near Cal Poly Pomona and Mt.San Antonio College.
