After you submit an Order Form, our team will contact you within 24 hours with instructions on accessing your Member Portal. The Member Portal is an exclusive experience we provide to every Stay Other client. You can send us direct messages, upload documents, and keep track of your project timelines. Every aspect of your project will live on the Stay Other Member Portal.
The next step—our favorite part—is when we begin bringing your vision to life. Our goal is to create a product that perfectly captures your creative ideas. The process starts with a series of design meetings, followed by multiple rounds of sketching. Once a sketch, rendering, or prototype is approved, we move into production.
The final result? A one-of-a-kind uniform that will visually elevate your performance. The entire process, from start to finish, typically takes 6-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the quantity of uniforms being produced. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, and for local clients, we offer convenient will-call pick-up at our office in Glendora, CA.
